Endangerment

When it comes to going extinct, polar bears’ biggest threat is Global Warming. This is such a huge problem for them because the rise in temperature is causing the sea ice that they live on to melt. It also makes them push out farther away from shore so polar bears have to travel a lot farther to reach them. This makes it harder for them to hunt. Also, even when they do swim out to the ice caps the water below is deep and lacks substantial prey.
