Paramore is an American rock band formed in 2004 consisting of three members: Hayley Williams (lead vocals), Taylor York (guitar, keyboards), and Zac Farro (drums). Over the years, the band has undergone some lineup changes, but Williams, York, and Farro remain the core members. Williams, known for her dynamic and powerful voice, is the face of the band and its primary songwriter. York is a multi-instrumentalist who contributes to the band's sound with his guitar playing and keyboard skills. Farro is the drummer and a key collaborator on the band's music. Together, the members of Paramore create a unique sound that blends punk, pop, and alternative rock influences, and their music has garnered a loyal fanbase over the years.

Being Paramore’s debut album, All We Know Is Falling was met with many positive reviews. The album covers a few genres such as Pop-Punk, Emo, Post-Harcore, and more. The sales were decent, but the album had reached up to number 30 on Billboard Heatseekers Albums chart; although, the sales spiked shortly after Paramore released their second album.

Riot! is Paramore's second studio album that showcased their evolution from emo-pop to a more polished pop-punk and alternative rock sound. The album features energetic performances and strong songwriting. The album was able to peak at #15 on the US Billboard 200.
