Pheasants

Pheasants are not what most people think of when they think of an interesting bird. Peacocks, on the other hand, are actually pheasants. Pheasants are found nearly everywhere in the world, but they are mostly found in Eurasia. They have incredible sight and hearing, which allows them to evade hunters. Pheasants are known for their odd ways of finding a mate due to the peacock's feathers, but they also tend to let out a scream while patrolling their territory. They can fly up to a speed of 60 m/hr, but prefer to run at speeds of up to 10 m/hr.
