Welcome to my page about wild animals !

Not a lot of animals live in trees in the wild , but the most popular animals are Koala's and the Sumatran Tigers....

Koala's are the most 'iconic' tree-hugger in the world. They spend up to at least 20 hours a day , sleeping in the trees. Koala's aren't found anywhere besides in Australia. They are mainly found in the tall or low eucalypt forests and woodlands. However , they are also found on some islands off the southern and eastern coasts of Australia.

The Sumatran Tiger is only found in Indonesian island of Sumatra. These animals are subspecies and were listed as endangered on the IUCN list back in 2008 , when the population was only estimated as 441 to 679 individuals. The tiger is the only surviving memberof the Sunda Islands group of tigers.
