Petr Cech

Petr Cech is undoubtedly the best keeper for the Blues. He started off his professional career at Rennes in Ligue 1 in 2002, moving to the Blues just two seasons later. He then spent the rest of his career in London, moving to North London club Arsenal at the end of the 2014/15 season. He came back to Chelsea in 2020, retiring at the end of the season. He would win four Premier League titles with the Blues, in 2004/05, 2005/06, 2009/10, and 2014/15. In his time at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea's lowest table ranking was 6th. In all seasons in which he started more than 30 matches for the Blues, his lowest number of goals against was 13. Full career stats.

 
Didier Drogba

Didier Drogba is one of the most memorable strikers in Chelsea's history. Starting out in Ligue 1 side Guingamp in 2001, he moved to Marseille in 2003 and then to Chelsea a season later. He would be part of Jose Morinho's back-to-back Premier League run in the 2004/05 and 2005/06 seasons, winning one more league title in 2009/10 before departing for Turkish side Galatasaray in 2012. He won a league title in Turkey and spent one more season there before returning to Chelsea to win one more league title in 2014/15. He left for the MLS at the end of that season, first going to Montreal, then moving down one flight to USL side Phoenix Rising. Drogba retired after the 2017/18 season. For the Blues, he has a total of 159 goal contributions, with his best season by far being in 2009/10 with a total of 39. He guided Chelsea through some thrilling fixtures, most notably the 2012 UCL final against Bayern Munich, equalizing late in the second half to send the game to extra time, where Chelsea would win 4-3 on penalties. Frank Lampard

Frank Lampard is considered by many to be one of the greatest midfielders not only in Chelsea's history but in the Premier League altogether. Spending all but two seasons in England, he started out at West Ham United in 1995/96. He stayed there until the end of the 2000/2001 season, in which he made his move to Chelsea. He already had a great performance at Newham, but he truly thrived in Fulham. He had a total of 237 goal contributions in his 14-season tenure at Chelsea, making him the leading goalscorer with 211. He was part of the 2004/05, 2005/06, and 2009/10 title-winning sides for Chelsea. He moved to Manchester City in 2014, defecting to NYCFC in the MLS in 2015. Peter Osgood

Although his full stats are unknown, it is estimated that Peter Osgood had 150 goals in 348 appearances for Chelsea. He was a star player throughout the 1960s and retired in 1979. He was the top scorer for the Blues in 4 different seasons, joint holding the title for fifth-highest goalscorer in club history with Roy Bentley. Full career stats.

 
John Terry

John Terry is one of the best defenders in the history of Chelsea FC. He started his professional career at Chelsea in 1998/99, staying there for 19 seasons and moving to Aston Villa at the end of the 2016/17 season. He spent one season at Aston Villa before retiring at the end of the 2017/18. In his Chelsea tenure, he scored a whopping 54 goals, a great achievement for a defender. Terry was part of the 2004/05, 2005/06, 2009/10, 2014/15, and 2016/17 league-winning seasons, as well as their 2012 Champions League run.Full career stats.
